Accessing this site presuposes acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

The power of attorney is confered by signing the contract of legal assistance whose stipulations will be negociated.

1. Concluding the contract

After filling out the contract with the essential stipulations agreed, we will send to you two original exemplars by fax, mail-post, e-mail by your choice in order to be signed (and stamped if it is the case). One copy will be returned to us as agreed.

The contract is considered concluded the moment we receive the copy you signed.
The contract is considered concluded in Piatra Neamt.

2.Executing the contract

The contract will be executed depending on the case. In principle, any legal service will be performed payment in advance ( in full or in part), money order, order of payment, Moneygram, Western Union a.o.

Legal advice will be delievered within 3 days, except for urgencies.

If we ask you for documents, you will send them by fax, e-mail or in original by mail. If original documents are needed, we will send to you a written report of the documents we have in our posession.

3. Obligations

Our professional obligations are stipulated in the State Law concerning the practice of law , The Statute and the Ehical Code of the profession.

The Law for Electronic Commerce does not apply.

4. Mutual notifications and communication

Any communication / notification between parties are done by e-mail.
Each party consents to receive valid communications by e-mail, each message containing the identification data of the sender ( first name, name, adress, phone number a.o) and are considered received as soon as they can be opened.
Each party pledges himself to record all communications relevant to their liability.

5. Liability out of the legal assistance contract

Any contestation / complaint concerning the fee will be adressed to the Council of the Bar, whose decisions may be appealed and brought before the Permanent Comission, whose decisions are final.

6. Ceasing, cancellation of the contract

The contract ceases as soon as it is executed and also by agreement.

The contract may be revoked by the client only in case of severe negligence ( culpa lata ) and by the lawyer in the situations mentioned by law.
